What’s it all about?
SKIN+ is our monthly advanced skincare subscription service.
There’s a wealth of knowledge that powers West Room Aesthetics, and when you take out a subscription, in addition to your monthly high performance facial treatment, you are also able to access our vast expertise and network of service providers.
How long is a subscription?
Subscriptions are available in six month terms.
How much is the SKIN+ Facial Programme subscription and how do I pay?
The six months subscription costs £1950.
We take a 50% deposit at the start of the subscription with the balance payable by monthly direct debit.
How do I subscribe?
All West Room journeys, start with a Skin Health Consultation. Once you’ve had that, we can book your treatments and organise your subscription.
I can’t see which types of treatments are available to me. Why can’t I choose treatments myself?
There are several reasons for this; I’m the skin health expert and it’s my job to assess your skin, educate and show you how to improve your skin health. Therefore, giving you a list of unfamiliar options of products and treatments, then asking you to make a selection places an unfair burden on you. In my experience, the breadth of choice can actually be off putting. We know that skin health goals change month to month, so it's important we remain flexible in our approach and use a variety of treatments to optimise your skin.
Additionally, I am experienced with skin of colour and darker skin tones and know just how much more we can achieve for issues like hyperpigmentation on black skin, acne, excessive oil and dry skin if more treatment flexibility is built into your treatment plan. Also, gone are the additions and bolt on optional menus. It irks me that certain all rounder, beneficial services like LED light therapy tend to be an added extra. If it’s so great for your skin then it should be included from the jump.
What sort of treatments can I have?
Within the SKIN+ Facial subscription every single treatment modality is available to you, at every appointment. We have the flexibility to focus on complete skin rejuvenation every time you visit using one modality or a combination of all the tools at our disposal – be it chemical peeling, LED Light Therapy, mesotherapy, micro-current, skin infusions and/or microneedling. Can I have advanced chemical peels and micro-needling treatments without subscribing to SKIN+?
No, these advanced treatments are only available on the SKIN+ Facial programme because we need to prep your skin beforehand. This is so that we can keep your skin safe and avoid the potential of scarring and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
I don’t like Direct Debits, can I pay for my SKIN+ subscription in a lump sum?

Treatment Glossary
Medi-Facials
A high active and results driven facial treatment with medical grade ingredients designed to address superficial skin concerns. Our medi-facials involve a deep cleanse and exfoliation of the skin using AHA’s or enzymes, a mask to draw impurities and/or infuse the skin with nourishing ingredients to improve skin health.
Micro-current
Consider this a workout for your face to awaken the skin. Using electrical current facial (or any!) muscles are invigorated and stimulated for a tighter and toned appearance. Your face literally appears lifted and higher on your head!
Mesotherapy
A customised cocktail of skin health bosting vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants is delivered directly into the deeper layers of the skin using tiny micro channels created by the micro-needling process. With support from the inside collagen and elastin reserves are rejuvenated, radiance is improved and hyperpigmentation is tackled at source.
Chemical Peeling
Using AHA’s like glycolic, lactic or mandelic acid or Vitamin A such as Retinol or Retinaldehyde, the natural exfoliation process of the skin is enhanced to reveal clearer skin. Chemical peels also stimulate collagen reserves to enhance the tone and strength of the skin, whilst tackling and fading dark marks and discolouration.
Nanocurrent
Unlike micro current which stimulates the muscles, Nanocurrent is stimulation of the skin cells to recharge and increase the performance of their internal batteries. This allows the skin to renew and act in a more youthful way. Immediately skin appears brighter, supple and radiant.
Microdermabrasion
Using the latest crystal free device, the skin is gently buffed and exfoliated to encourage the shedding of old and dull skin cells on the very top layer of the skin. This improved the smoothness as well as improves the appearance of dark marks. Further products and serums are better able to penetrate and nourish the skin.
Microneedling
A non-invasive treatment designed to stimulate collagen, hyaluronic acid and improve the appearance of the skin by creating microscopic injuries that supercharge the skins self healing capacity. It is particularly effective on smoothing our scarring, lines, wrinkles and stretch marks for a more even tone skin.
LED Light Therapy
A non-invasive treatment that boosts skin radiance and supports healing using blue, yellow or red lights to address acne, inflammation, fine line and wrinkles and soothe even the most sensitive skin. All our treatments include the use of FDA approved and clinically trialled LightStim device.
